Easy-Laser’s global network of resellers relies on access to up-to-date images and videos for local marketing. Ensuring that every reseller always had the correct marketing material for campaigns and launches was a constant challenge.
When someone needed an image, the head office in Mölndal would typically receive an email request – a process that was time-consuming and inefficient.
Without a shared location for all images and files, much of the workload fell on Marketing Manager Rustan Karlsson, who stored everything on his personal company account. All internal and external requests went through him, taking time away from other responsibilities and creating bottlenecks whenever he was unavailable.
With everything stored in a standard file system, there was no overview of what had been distributed. Customers didn’t know what material was available, and the Easy-Laser marketing team couldn’t track which files had been shared or whether resellers had the correct versions.
“In the early years, we sent out a CD and a printed booklet with the images. It was a lot of work for us and very slow.”

Kristina’s favourite feature is the ability to share multiple or single files via a unique Web Share. It makes other services unnecessary, as she can send large files such as videos directly from the folder structure.
