An integrated hub for your media files

Mediaflow is easily integrated with other systems and services through ready-made integrations and plugins. Each time an image is placed in one of our CMS integrations, information about the publication is saved in Mediaflow. When the licensing rights for an image expire, you have complete control over exactly where the images are used.

CMS integrations

WordPress

WordPress

With Mediaflow’s WordPress plugin, you can access your images from within WordPress as easily as inside Mediaflow, either via the search box or the folder tree. The pictures are neatly displayed, and you can view them at a larger size to better see the subject.

Optimizely (Episerver)

Optimizely (Episerver)

Web editors can access files and folders directly from Mediaflow. They can immediately embed images from Optimizely's interface, either in "on-page" editing, form editing, or text editor (TinyMCE). There's no need to download files to their computer first; the integration occurs directly between Optimizely and Mediaflow.

Sitevision

Sitevision

With the SiteVision plugin, you can access files and folders from Mediaflow and directly embed images within SiteVision's interface. There's no need to download files to your computer first; the integration happens directly between SiteVision and Mediaflow. The embedded images are physically copied to your SiteVision server for maximum performance and stability. This means that your website isn't dependent on Mediaflow to function.

Sharepoint

Sharepoint

In SharePoint, you can insert images and videos from Mediaflow. You can choose which folders in Mediaflow should be visible in SharePoint. You have the option to crop images to specific formats, crop them freely, or insert them in their original format.

Drupal

Drupal

In Drupal, you can collect images from Mediaflow as blocks or for embedding.

Umbraco

Umbraco

With plugins for versions 8, 9, 10, and 11 of Umbraco, you can insert images and videos as blocks or embed them using a Rich Text editor.

Design and document tools

Adobe InDesign Plugin

Adobe InDesign Plugin

With the help of our plugin, those working with Adobe InDesign can place images in their documents directly from the cloud service without manually downloading them to their computers. You can easily manage this through a Mediaflow panel in InDesign, where you can access all images and vector graphics for which you have been granted permission in Mediaflow.

Documents saved with image links placed through the plugin can be opened on different computers without separately transferring linked images. The plugin handles this automatically!

For a more efficient workflow, you can also open your InDesign documents with our Open/Save plugin, allowing Mediaflow to automatically handle the upload and download of your InDesign documents.

Example: You need to replace an image in an InDesign document. You find the document in Mediaflow through your web browser and choose to open it in InDesign using the Open/Save plugin. The new image appears in the Mediaflow panel in InDesign and replaces the old one in the document. You save the document and choose to save it as a new version.

Through a Mediaflow panel in InDesign, you can access all the images and vector graphics for which you have permission in Mediaflow. Mounted images are then linked to the images in Mediaflow without having to be saved locally on your computer.

With this plugin, you can access a new "Insert image from Mediaflow" button in PowerPoint and Word. Clicking on it allows you to access your files in Mediaflow, and the images are automatically converted to Office-compatible formats upon insertion.
